Cost to Attend A Class
The range averages from $25 – $50. This varies according to the length of the class and whomever sponsors the event. 
Group Work
(Minimum: 3 people) By Telephone: $89 per person. The duration depends on the number of participants (up to 5 hours). In Person: $105 per person. The duration depends on the number of participants (up to 5 hours).
Ongoing Group Work
(Minimum: 3 people) Clients who participate in one or more group sessions each month receive a special group rate: By Telephone: $69 per person. That’s a $24 savings! The duration depends on the number of participants (up to 5 hours). In Person: $89 per person. That’s a $16 savings! The duration depends on the number of participants (up to 5 hours).
Cancellation/Reschedule Policy
We request that you make your scheduled calls a priority. When you schedule an appointment for a paid session, Val makes a commitment to reserve a specific hour of his time to support you. On the rare occasion when you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Except in the case of an emergency, you will be charged for last minute cancellations or missed calls. Clients that are over 15 minutes late will receive a shorter session for the full price.

Forms Of Payment
(Payable in US Dollars) We accept Cash; Money Orders; Visa, MasterCard, AMX and Discover Cards. Checks are accepted with the following guidelines: Make checks payable to L.U.V., LLC. For telephone appointments, payment must be received and processed before the scheduled session. For returned checks there will be a $25 processing fee.
Refund Policy
For Individual Sessions: By offering you a FREE initial session AND a money back guarantee on your first two paid sessions, we have provided a personal, direct way for you to preview Val’s coaching services. We do not offer refunds on any sessions beyond the first two paid sessions.
For Special Packages: If you decide to cancel your remaining package sessions, you will be charged full price ($89) for each session that has already been conducted. You will be then be given a refund minus a $25 processing fee. (No refunds will be given on packages after 6 months from purchase date.)
